Returns & Exchanges Information for website orders only

Orders are carefully inspected for quality, assortment, and proper packaging prior to shipment. Nobody is perfect, however, and we know that. Manufacturers may screw up, shipping carriers can err, and yes, even we might make a mistake from time to time. Or you might change your mind. That's why we have an industry-leading Hassle Free 14-Day Return Policy that states:

• If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by us within 14-days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. Policy details subject to change without notice. Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded the value of the merchandise. Original shipping is not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 7-10 days to process your return/exchange after the item is received by our Returns Department. Please be advised that there is no guarantee for cancellation/address change as every order are being processed immediately. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. We do not offer store credits at this time.

If you are exchanging for an item that has a higher value than your return, one of our customer service representatives will call you to request payment for the difference. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer, but we will not charge additional shipping for the exchanged item.

Instructions:

1. Include your original packing slip and write reason for return or exchange on the back

2. If you do not have it, write your full name, order number, phone number, and reason for return/exchange

3. Ship your return merchandise to us.

We recommend using a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent by a non-traceable carrier.

Received Wrong or Damaged Item?

In the event the product that you purchase was damaged*, defective, missing items, or if you receive the wrong item, contact jnlgame@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will help to resolve your issue in a timely manner. *Please note that we do not guarantee 'mint packaging' on collectibles and will not considered the item as damaged.

Return/Exchange Requirements for Toys & Collectibles

All merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. Opened items, products where the factory seal has been broken, or products without the original packaging will not be accepted or credited.

Return/Exchange Requirements for Costumes, Costume Accessories, and Clothing

Most costume items and clothing are eligible for return or exchange if the following guidelines are met:

• Costume returns/exchanges must include the complete costume and its accessories in the original packaging. Missing costume accessories or costume items returned without the original packaging will not be accepted or credited.

• Costumes/clothing must not show any sign of use; it must be free of hair, smoke odor, soil, or any damage due to wear.

• Shoes, costume footwear, and boots may be tried on for fit, but must not show any sign of use. This also includes boot-tops, shoe covers, and costume shoes.

• Refunds will not be given if the inspected merchandise does not meet any of the guidelines above.

返品、返金、交換をご希望の場合、事前にお届け商品明細書兼納品書に記載されているお問い合わせセンターへお電話いただくかお問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。

商品の返品・返金・交換は商品到着後14日以内に限りお受けいたします。
お客様都合での返品・返金の場合、ギフトラッピング料、送料及び各種手数料のご返金はいたしかねます。
商品の返品・返金・交換の際は商品の一部のみではなく、パッケージ並びに付属品を含む、お買い上げいただいた状態でご返送ください。組み立て済みの商品に関しましては、可能な限り解体の上、配送業者が持ち運べる程度に梱包いただきます様、お願いいたします。
交換をご希望の場合でも、在庫状況によって代替のお品物がご用意できかねる場合は、返品・返金にて対応させていただく場合がございます。
以下の場合は、返金いたしかねますので、ご注意ください。

事前にお問い合わせセンターへの連絡なく返送された場合
弊社にて転売目的のご注文の返品と判断した場合
サイト商品説明内に返品不可と記されている商品の場合
アウトレット、訳あり商品及びセール品をお客様都合で返品される場合
追跡不可の方法で返送され、配送事故により返品センターに商品が到着しない場合
お客様都合の返品で、パッケージ開封済の場合、タグ・ラベルが切られている場合、付属品が返送されていない場合、使用済の場合
※ お客様都合による返品・交換商品の返送に伴う配送料金は、お客様のご負担をお願いいたします。
※ 返送中の破損・紛失等について、弊社では一切の責任を負いません。十分な梱包での返送をお願いいたします。返品センター到着時に商品の破損が見られる場合、商品を返送させていただく場合がございます。
※ お届け時と同様の状態でのご返品をお願いいたします。商品・パッケージの状態によっては商品を返送させていただく場合がございます。

返金について

返品センターにて返品商品確認後、返金手続きを致します。ご注文者様とお届け先の情報が異なる場合、ご注文者様への返金となります。
お買い上げ時のお支払い方法により返金方法が異なります。
